using mpeg2 format (mpg file) or mpeg4 (mp4 file)
or online via wetransfer.com

The entry deadline for the movie-file is the 22th of July 2017
(last arrival of the files at the organising team!)
Any movies that arrive later will not be mentioned in the programme booklet
and CAN NOT BE SHOWN!

Please do not send us DVD menus, no WMV or MOV files,
preferably 50i/interlaced (no 30 or 60 picture/s), not as 50p.
Our recommendation for the best projected image:
File: MPEG2 or MPEG4
File naming convention: MPG/MP4
Data rate: 25 MBit/s, under no circumstances more than 30 MBit/s
Resolution: 1920 x 1080 pixels or 1440 x 1080 pixels (older 4:3 films with 720x576 pixels)
Frame rate: 25 fps progressive or 50 fps interlaced, most suitable 50i

If your cutting system allows further sound settings, we recommend:
MP2 coding
Stereo
48 kHz
224 Kbit/s

We recommend those data carriers:
Data DVD (no Menu DVD) until 4,7 GB data size or
Data BluRayDisc (no menu BluRay) above 4,7 GB data size or
USB stick (USB 3.0, formatted with NTFS with a data size higher than 4 GB)
